Washed Hoodies for Brands: Custom Vintage Styles & Bulk OEM

At Dongguan Xinsheng Garment Co., Ltd., we manufacture premium hoodies that we custom make for the exported hoodie market. One of the various manufacturing capabilities we have is different types of washing, which gives fabric different characteristics and can increase the softness of the finish. The sample of the finished product can be completed within 7-12 days, at which point we begin the ordering process. This is done after we have chosen and documented with our library of fabrics.

Before an approval is received for the sample, we keep all production of the sample for the next 14-30 days, based solely on the volume of the order. The washing techniques we use—whether acid washing, or washing to give hoodies a vintage effect—enable our products to have a finish and texture that is desired in today’s market.
