T Shirt Production Services | Eco-Friendly & High-Volume

Have you ever considered how many people it takes to bring a T-shirt from an idea to reality? At Dongguan Xinsheng Garment Co., Ltd., we begin the process by engaging the customer and discussing their vision. From there we move on to the designing phase which has many iterations to achieve the desired look using top tier software for designing. On average, it takes 7-12 days for us to complete a sample. Based on their feedback, we make adjustments before kicking off production which takes an additional 14 days to 1 month. Once we finalize a shirt design, we choose to use one of our own methods in-house for production such as screen printing, embroidery, or digital printing. For many years, we have mass-produced and custom-printed shirts with a focus on providing the least harmful impact to the environment as it is a requirement by the Global Recycling Standards, and we have taken pride in that for a long time.
